Stall Booking 2023

General information:

This year's fete is being held on Saturday 1st July at the Capel Recreation Ground in Five Oak Green TN12 6RD. It has an average footfall of around 2000 people. There is always lots going on, from the procession, fun fair, music, arena acts and classical vehicle show to the real ale bar. It will also include our very popular dog show.

As a stall holder, you can arrive to set up on the day from 9.30 am, where you will be shown your plot. You can drive onto the field to unload but we ask that you remove your car BEFORE 12.00 noon. There is a large car parking field available nearby.
The procession starts at 12.30 pm and arrives in the field at 1.00 pm, when the fete gets into full swing. Usually the fete winds down between 4 pm and 5 pm. You will be able to drive back onto the field to load up AFTER most people have left and it is deemed safe.
You will need to supply your own tables and Gazebos as needed for your stall. There is NO power or water supply on the field. We do ask that you take your rubbish away with you as we only have limited bins available. If you require any assistance, please find a member of the association wearing a yellow high visibility jacket

Cost:

Stalls: We charge £15.- per plot (roughly the size of a standard gazebo) if pre-paid and £20.- if paid on the day.

Catering / Food / Drinks Stalls: We do not charge a stall fee but will require a small share of your profits on the day. A deposit of £50.- will be required in advance. If you have a catering/food/drinks business and would like to be part of the fete, please e-mail us
on capelfetestalls@gmail.com. Please note that we are also looking for a few catering stalls to join us for the Fete-ival on Friday evening, 30th June so if you can join us for both events, please let me know.
